On Sellwild.com, you can update your account information. To navigate to your Account, click on the Avatar in the upper right corner of Sellwild.
Log in to get started.
Once logged in, you will see your user profile image. Underneath your profile image is a Profile Settings button. Underneath the Profile Settings button will be 9 boxes, which include the following options:
My Listings
Sales
Purchases
Wishlist
Wallet
Chats
Addresses
Customer Service
Logout
Update your User Profile Image or Sellwild Account Profile Information
To update your user profile image or Sellwild profile, click on Profile Settings.
Within Profile Settings, if you want to update your picture, click on the profile picture. You will then be able to upload a new profile image, by selecting the image you would like to use from your device.
Additionally, you can update your First Name, Last Name, or Email Address via the Profile Settings page. Simply change the information associated with the respective field, and hit Save Profile to update the information. Note that your account is permanently tied to the phone number you initially entered when purchasing or posting an item.
My Listings
The listings which you have posted on Sellwild can be found underneath My Listings. There are two sections within My Listings, Current and Previous.
Current Listings include any items that you have posted for sale, which customers can be able to purchase. This list includes every item which you have currently available for sale. From this screen you can edit any individual listing by hitting the Edit button. You will also see that listing's details, including the price it's offered, the title, main image, number of associated images, category, and subcategory for the listing. You can also see the listing's status on the site.
Previous Listings include items that you have listed on Sellwild but which are no longer available for sale. This could be because you have sold this item through Sellwild, or through another marketplace. The same type of information in current listings is available for Previous Listings, although you will not be able to edit this listings' information, like you would with a Current Listing.
Sales
When a listing you posted gets sold, the transaction will show up in your Sales tab. There are two types of Sales, Current Sales and Previous Sales. Current Sales are for items which have sold but which you need to take an action on.
There are two types of actions you can take on items in your Current Sales section. Once a buyer initially Requests to Buy the item, you will need to confirm that the item is still available for that buyer. To confirm that the item is still available, click the "Confirm Availability" button. Once the Availability for that item is confirmed, you will also be able to click "Print Shipping Label" and print the PDF of the Shipping Label for the item.
Completed sales which have no more actions needed by you will be found under the Previous Sales section.
Purchases
The items which you have purchased as a buyer can be found under the Purchases tab. There are two sections within Purchases, Current and Previous.
Current Purchases include transactions that are still in progress. Here you can see a summary of all of the purchases you have in progress, as well as the status of these purchases. By clicking on the item information, status or price, you can view your Purchase Details. In the Purchase Details screen, you can take Buyer actions on Purchases in progress.
Actions on current purchases which you can take as a Buyer includes:
Cancelling the Transaction if the Seller has not confirmed that the item is still available.
Confirming that the item has been delivered by hitting the Confirm Item Delivered button.
Previous Purchases include transactions that have been completed, either with a delivered item, or a cancelled transaction. You can also see the status of these items within the previous purchases tab, but cannot take action on these purchases. If there is an issue with a previous purchase, feel free to contact us via the Customer Service tab.
โWishlist
Items which you have "hearted" on Sellwild will appear on your Wishlist in summary form. You can purchase items which are in your wishlist (but are not yet purchased by another buyer) via the Buy Now link.
Wallet
The Wallet section of your account profile includes two sections, My Earnings and My Saved Cards. The My Earnings section will allow you to connect to Stripe in order to receive funds once a listing of yours is sold. The My Saved Cards section allows you to add, edit or remove any credit cards which you have used to purchase an item via Sellwild. In addition to saved credit cards, you can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay to pay via your mobile wallet.
Chats
The Chats section of your account profile provides a summary of the chat messages you have had with buyers and sellers for each product thread. If there is an unread chat, you will see a notification via Sellwild, in addition to receiving a text or email notification when the chat occurs. To reply to an unread chat, simply click into the chat, and respond like normally would to a text conversation.
Note that Sellwild looks to provide a safe and tolerant environment for all buyers and sellers. In pursuing that goal, we do not tolerate hateful or abusive behavior in chat or in other forms on our platform. Buyers or Sellers found to be in misconduct of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy will face penalties, such as warnings, temporary suspension or permanent account closure.
Addresses
Within the Addresses section of your user profile, you will find any existing addresses which have previously been entered with your account. You can also add new addresses within the address section of your user profile, remove old addresses, or change your default address to use on Sellwild.
Customer Service
The Customer Service section of your account page will take you to our Support page. Here you can search for articles within our Support section, read articles to learn more about Sellwild, or contact Sellwild Customer Service via the blue Support chat in the bottom right corner of any Support page. We're happy to help with any questions you may have!
Logout
Additionally, if you are done on Sellwild, you can always sign out of your Sellwild account. We recommend signing off of your account if you are on a public device and do not wish to leave your Sellwild profile open.
