The best way to contact other people on Sellwild is through the messaging system. Use it to exchange info about items and answer questions.

Ask about an item

  1. Open an item on Sellwild.

  2. Tap the Chat button

  3. Write your own message, or tap one of our pre-populated openings.

  4. Send the seller the message.

Purchase the Item or Arrange for Local Pickup

  1. Tap Contact Seller

  2. Confirm price and send message to the seller

  3. The seller will get a message with your offer
    ​

Reply to a message

  1. Open Sellwild, click on your user profile photo to access My Account, and click Chats.

  2. Read and reply to any messages in the list

Follow up on a sent message

If you want to find a message you’ve already sent and add a comment, access My Account and click Chats.
