How to block or report someone
At Sellwild, we want everyone to have an enjoyable buying and selling experience. Please report suspicious or offensive behavior and any items that violate our Posting rules. If you report someone, they will not know you reported them.
When you report someone in the app, you’re reporting them to Sellwild. We might follow up with you if additional information is needed.
If someone is bothering you, you can block them. You won't receive further messages from them and any current message threads you have with them will also disappear. You'll still be able to see their items, and they'll be able to see yours, but you won't be able to send each other offers or messages.

Report illegal activity to law enforcement
In addition to investigating and addressing issues through the app, Sellwild partners closely with law enforcement. If you have encountered illegal activity or a crime, we strongly recommend contacting local authorities. The police will need relevant details from you, such as the profile of the individual you were in contact with on Sellwild.
If you think you received a fraudulent check or counterfeit money, do not deposit it. Report the person to your local authorities, and report them in the Sellwild marketplace by following the steps outlined above.
Once you have reported to local authorities, please encourage the investigative officer to contact Sellwild and provide us with the following details of your case:
Agency case number or event ID
Investigative officer name
Investigative officer phone number or email
