Having problems getting Chat or other notifications?
We send notifications from the Sellwild marketplace when you get a new message for one of your items, when new items are listed from sellers you follow, information about highlights and deals, and more. If you’re not getting notifications as expected, there are a few settings you can check that may help.
Make sure your Sellwild notifications are turned on.
Check your spam filters in your email preferences. Please add emails from sellwild.com or antengo.com to your safe senders list.
Some data-saving and power-saving settings on your mobile device can affect mobile or text notifications:
Battery-saving mode
Restricting background data in your program settings
Installing a third-party app to manage data usage
Turn off any of these modes or apps that may be blocking your notifications.
